Kisahnye Streamyx di Desa Bestari - Sambungan Dari Kabinet F391

Ini lah cerita nya... lepas pindah, talian dah sambng tapi internet tak ada.... sebab bil terus jalan... mintak diaorg adjust bil.. tapimasihkena bayar yg aku tau aku patut bayar sekitar RM30 jer... tapi kena bayar lebih lak... memanglah diaorg nieh buat keje ntah apa-apa, ada ker kawasan perumahan baru camnie yang ada sambungan fiber tak ada port Streamyx katanye... Ikut la labu company tu bukan bapak kita punya...

Dear Mr. xxx,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We write in response to your request dated 23rd April 2010 pertaining to the matter above.

Upon checking through our system, we found that your Streamyx connections are still having a problem due to port still not available at the new premise.

Please note that as the port is not available at your new premise and there still no connection yet, thus we are unable to suggest any rebate as you need to make connection first if you wish to use the Streamyx account and you may revert to us again once the connection is up for rebate adjustment.

Please note that for any enquiry regarding the port availability at your premise, you have to refer and follow up with the nearest TMpoint outlet. They will assist for further investigation on that matter.

Besides that, you may do the termination process for the Streamyx account due to port not available and also may revert to us again for rebate adjustment. However, once port is confirmed available at the new area and you wish to use the Streamyx again please visit our TMpoint for new account registration.
